You don’t have to find the right path.

You can craft one.

Career + life design for people navigating change, uncertainty, and the question of what comes next

Career is personal.

You weren’t meant to figure it out all alone.

I have a soft spot for the messy middle.

You know—the part where you’re not quite sure what you want, the old plan doesn’t fit anymore, and everyone seems to think you should have an answer by now?

I’m Mallory Becraft — a career counselor by training, a lifelong learner by nature, and just woo-woo enough to believe that sometimes your gut knows something your five-year plan doesn’t.

For more than a decade, I’ve helped people navigate career decisions, transitions, uncertainty, and the complicated relationship between work and the rest of life.

I bring together career development, counseling, education, and a healthy dose of curiosity. I’m less interested in helping you find the right answer and more interested in helping you understand yourself, explore what’s possible, and figure out what comes next.

  • You have no idea what you want to do next.

  • You know exactly what you don’t want anymore.

  • You’ve followed the path that made sense—and you're wondering if it’s actually yours.

  • You’re considering a career change.

  • You’re good at a lot of things, which somehow makes choosing harder.

  • You’re overwhelmed by all the possibilities—and the mental load of figuring out where to start.

  • You’re carrying a lot, and it’s hard to find the time or headspace to think about what you actually want.

  • You want work that feels meaningful and sustainable.

  • Your life has changed, and your relationship with work needs to change with it.

  • Traditional career advice has never quite fit you.

  • You want someone to help you sort through the noise, ask good questions, and think—not someone to tell you what to do.

I offer career development support for the whole person— because work is a part of your life, not the other way around.

There’s more to you than what you do.

Maybe you’re here because…
