I’m a career counselor, educator, and a daydream-believer.

For over a decade, I’ve helped people navigate the messy intersection of who they are, what they want, and what comes next.

And I’ve learned something.

Career decisions are rarely just career decisions.

They’re about identity.
Money.
Relationships.
Geography.
Energy.
Family.
Values.
Belonging.
Well-being.
Possibility.

That’s what I don’t believe in simply helping people “choose a career.”

I help people make meaning of where they’ve been, imagine where they might go, and figure out what to do next.

Hi, I’m Mallory.

My Background

  • M.Ed. in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University

  • Certified Career Counselor, credentialed through the National Career Development Association

  • Extensive experience in higher education career coaching and counseling

  • Course developer and instructor for CCP:3108 Happiness at Work

  • University instructor for courses in Leadership Studies

  • Specialized experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in their career development and decision-making

  • Experienced facilitator and presenter, designing and leading workshops, presentations, and professional development experiences

  • Reiki Master, bringing a little curiosity about energy, intuition, and well-being to the mix

I’ve spent my career inside higher education, helping people make decisions at some of the most complicated crossroads of their lives.

Now, I’m creating a space where that work can happen a little differently.

A Few Things I Believe

  • There isn’t one right timeline.

  • Curiosity is more useful than certainty.

  • A good career has to work in the context of a real life.

  • Changing your mind isn’t failure.

  • Your next chapter doesn’t have to look like your last one.

  • There is more to you than what you do.
